MK’s co-founders lead every project alongside experienced, interdisciplinary senior teams. This keeps our clients directly connected to the people shaping strategy and creative direction – rather than delegating most of the collaboration to junior teams.
Working with start-ups taught us agility. Collaborating with established and enterprise companies sharpened our approach to structure, coordination and project management. Clear communication and transparency guide every project from the first conversation to final delivery.
Our Experience

We built and sold agencies in two countries. We chose Berlin deliberately, not as a stopover, but as the place where we want to keep building our work and our lives.
We know the city from more than a project brief. We have navigated Berlin administration ourselves and bring years of experience across business, brand and digital projects.
That is why we work directly, clearly and with an understanding of what a business actually needs.
